Acceptable use

- Do not represent eBeauti products as medical devices or as a substitute for clinical care.
Wellness & cosmetic — not medical
QPatch v1 is a drug-free, non-transdermal wellness patch. MPatch v1 is a cosmetic microcrystal patch (appearance only). Quantum Longevity OS provides non-diagnostic wellness indicators. The contactless scan is FDA 510(k)-cleared (via licensed SDK) for heart rate and respiratory rate only; all other readings are non-diagnostic wellness estimates. Nothing on the Services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical concerns.
Purchases & subscriptions
Patch orders, B2B and subscriptions are fulfilled by our commerce partner in the background. Prices, taxes, shipping and return rules are presented at checkout and form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
Patents underlying eBeauti products are owned by Hana; eBeauti operates under a licensed wellness and cosmetic field of use. ODM rights for next-generation formats are in progress and not yet executed. "Quantum" is used as a brand name only and does not refer to any biofrequency, resonance, microcurrent or energy-medicine claim.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Forward-looking statements about products described as "in development", "coming soon" or "pipeline" involve risks and may differ materially from actual results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eBeauti will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues or data.
